# Counterparty as an asset platform, I have three questions

Counterparty as an asset platform, I have three questions:

1.Why does’t the asset name contain numbers?  
2.Why does’t the asset name begin with the letter “A”?  
3.Why does’t the asset name have less than 4 characters?

Whether the above limits are due to the technical limitations? If not, can they be changed by CIPs?  
I want have the asset name as “ABC”(for example)
