# CIP23 - Fixed non-divisible dividends and 0 quantity credits

This new proposal addresses the current bug in dividend creation where paying a non-divisible asset over a divisible asset fails.

Also, removes the generation of 0 quantity credits on dividend payments, causing unnecessary strain over counterparty servers.
