# Can Not Sweep from Counterwallet?

Hi guys,

I am trying to sweep some Bitcrystals to no avail.  
I have entered the private keys via the “Import Funds” but nothing happens when I click sweep. This is so annoying and frustrating. Does anyone know a way around this?
