# Can not login to my counter wallet after putin passphrase

Hello I can not login to my counterwallet… after I put in the passphrase and click “open wallet” nothing happens. Just loading bar loading forever. Any idea how I can access my wallet?

Sometimes addresses with a large transaction history can take a while to load. The next time you click “Open Wallet” and nothing happens, wait a minute or so and then reload the page and login again as the transaction history should be loaded by then… or use [freewallet.io](http://freewallet.io) as suggested.
