# Can not log in to Counterwallet

Hi there,
I just created a Counterwallet via [https://wallet.counterwallet.io](https://wallet.counterwallet.io) and tried to log in. Unfortunately, logging in won’t work as the blue loading-bar keeps moving forever, nothing happens, though.
I tried several browsers and I do not have any real time protection or security tools running on my computer/browser at this very moment.
I then downloaded [Freewallet.io](http://Freewallet.io) on my iPhone and could easily create and log in to another wallet. Trying to log in to that new wallet I created on my iPhone and accessing it via my desktop/browser gives me the same result I get when I tried to log in to my first counterwallet. I just can’t get in. 🙂

Try server [https://counterwallet.coindaddy.io/](https://counterwallet.coindaddy.io/) instead
