# Bitcoin Gold in the wallet?

How can I receive the Bitcoin Gold with Counterwallet?

Guess it is not supported because only BTC and counterparty assets are. Bitcoin Gold is none of these.

But if you had bitcoin on counterwallet before the fork and want to claim bitcoin gold for it then it should be possible to import btc into a bitcoin gold wallet using the counterwallet private key.
